In 1995, the acquisition of a set of land plots located in Reis Magos, Portinho and Garajau, in the municipality of Santa Cruz, gave rise to a revolution.

And much more than a simple real estate project, it was a real estate decentralization, as the ambition was to redefine the areas urbanistically and expand a new generation of residential and tourist buildings on the outskirts of Funchal, providing a new lifestyle.
